Under the Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs), social landlords like Seymour Housing Co-Operative are required to share information about the management of our homes. Relevant documents are available to view from this page. If they are not available on this site, documents which fall under the STAIRs provision can be requested directly from office@seymourhc.org and will be provided without due delay.
Governance and decision making
About us; our group structure; our Management Committee; our sub-committee; our Executive Team; our decision-making processes; tenant consultation documents; board papers; key documents relating to strategic decision making by the board.
Finance and spending
Audited accounts and financial statements; rent collection; rent rates; procurement procedures relating to the acquisition of goods and services designated for the provision of housing management services; contracts and tenders that exceed £500 for housing management services; merger related transaction / integration costs (headline costs); financial risk assessments (as part of published plans).
Housing stock management
Corporate plans and objectives; stock profile and transfers; property conditions and improvements to property; stock/asset condition data.
As of 01/10/2026 Seymour Housing Co-operative is developing a business plan which will cover, among other areas, financial objectives and resident engagement strategies relevant to this section of STAIRs. Seymour Housing Co-operative is also working on a stock condition survey relevant to this section of STAIRs. Further documentation will be published to this section as and when completed.
Performance
Inspection outcomes and ratings; performance reviews and evaluation reports, internal/external audits; Tenant Satisfaction Measures/annual reports to tenants; media releases; complaints handling, procedures and performance metrics; service standards; information request / data breach data; health and safety performance and assessments; number of evictions; compensation and redress; Awaab’s law compliance – reports on response times for emergency and significant hazards; number of decants over a 12 month period.
